Valsoia is an Italian brand that offers a wide range of plant based products including; ice cream, milk and cream alternatives, chocolate spread, bechamel sauce, pizza and much more.
I discovered the brand through Ocado and I’m slowly making my way through their products. I haven’t seen it stocked at any other supermarkets in the UK but if you see it do let me know.
These are the Soya Ice Cream Sandwiches. There’s 8 in a box which makes a nice change from the usual packs of 3 which dairy free ice creams often come in. I don’t know about you, but I prefer an even number.
The sandwiches have 2 soft biscuits on the outside and sandwiched between is creamy vanilla and chocolate ice cream. They’re the perfect size for an evening snack.
I’ll be buying these again but first I want to try their Cherry and Cream Ice Cream!
